Kenneth Ray Norris, 63, of Milan, died Tuesday, January 5.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, January 8, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae, with burial in Rebecca Church Cemetery.  Visitation is Thursday, 6:00-9:00P.M.
The son of Sister Thelma Thomas Norris Henderson and the late Marcus D. Norris, Mr. Norris was a native of Douglas.  A loving husband to Ann for 44 years, he loved southern gospel music, especially when it was family singing, and even more so when he joined in singing and playing his bass guitar.  Mr. Norris was retired as a meat cutter and a truck driver.  He was a member of the Glenwood Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Norris, Milan; mother, Thelma Norris Henderson, McRae; daughters, Misty (Bay) Roberson, Hawkinsville and Starlit (William) Pope, Glenwood; brother and sister, Jim (Rita) Norris, Milan and Wanda (the late Franklin) McLendon, McRae; and grandchildren, Brandon (Heather) Pope, Hannah Pope, Sarah Roberson, Noah Pope, Ethan Roberson, Miriam Roberson, Nick Pope and Brad Pope.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
