Frances Marie (Eubanks) Rismiller (91 years old) was born in Augusta, Georgia on August 1st, 1924 to John Ramsey Eubanks (Harlem, GA) and Alice Louise (Wilcox) Eubanks (McRae, GA).  She had one sibling, Marjorie Kershaw Jones (December 11, 1926 - May 20 2013).  Frances retired (1983) from the United States General Accounting Office, Washington, DC.

Frances was a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution - St. Andrews Parish Chapter (1984), National Active and Retired Federal Employees, Saint Philip Lutheran Church Mount Dora, Florida and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Crofton, MD.

Frances graduated high school in Savannah, Georgia from St. Rose School that was affiliated with the Catholic University of America.  She completed many additional courses after graduation including a nutrition course with The American National Red Cross.  After Graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C. where she met her 1st husband Evan Musgrave  Elkins.  They were married on August 7th, 1943, he died in a vehicle accident on May 18th, 1947. His birthplace was Zeigler, Illinois (March 7, 1923).  Their children are:  Baby Evan was born on and died September 1st, 1944 and Evan M. Elkins of Owings, Maryland.

She married Joseph Paul Oros of Stone, Kentucky (April 10, 1922 - June 28, 2010).  They met in Washington, D.C and had three children, Joseph Paul Oros of Salisbury Maryland, Mary Kathryn Orosz of Crofton, Maryland, and Elizabeth Diane Oros.  This marriage ended in divorce.

She married Edgar C. Rismiller of Leesburg, Florida. Mr. Rismiller's birthplace was North Star, Ohio.  He passed away on February 29, 2008. His children are Leon James Rismiller, wife Claudia of San Ramon, California and James Rismiller, wife, Mary of Burke, Virginia.  His grandchildren, Emily and Jessica and Stephen and Jeffrey.  Emily's son Caleb. Stephen's daughter Alexis and son Gabriel.  Jeffrey's daughter Jocelyn.

Frances grandchildren are Michael Keith Vito (July 9, 1981 - January 27, 1999), Joseph P. Oros, III, Kate Oros, Tiffany Thomas, Tara Levine, and Elizabeth Elkins.

Frances only sibling, Marjorie's children are Elizabeth Alice Clune, husband Daniel of Edgewater, Maryland, Nicki Louise Schwab, husband Jerry of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and William Theodore Speleos of Seaford, Delaware.

A graveside memorial service was held at 2:00P.M., Monday, May 9, at Jacksonville Cemetery, Jacksonville, GA.
