Terry Michael Giddens

Terry Michael Giddens died Wednesday, March 23, following a lengthy illness.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M., Sunday, March 27, at Calvary Holiness Campground, Broxton, with burial at Telfair Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is Saturday, 5:00-7:00P.M., at Calvary Holiness Campground.

A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Mr. Giddens was the son of the late Andrew Jackson "A.J." Giddens and the late Ruby Lee Cooper Giddens.  He was Senior Vice President of Merchants and Citizens Bank where he had worked for forty years, and where he created countless friendships.  Mr. Giddens was an accomplished pianist, lending his talent to several gospel groups.  He was a loving brother and uncle, and a dedicated son to his mother.  Mr. Giddens loved to cook, loved the outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed music.  He attended New Corinth Holiness Church.

Survivors include his brother, Troy Giddens and nephew, Ryan Giddens, both of Jacksonville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
