Nina Irene (Smith) Howell

Nina Irene Smith Howell, 52, of McRae died Sunday, October 22, following a brief illness.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00P.M., Wednesday, October 25, at Telfair Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 6:00-8:00P.M., at Vaughn Funeral Home.

A native of Wheeler County, Mrs. Howell was the daughter of the late Thomas Rayburn Smith and the late Helen Hutcheson Smith.  A loving person to all who knew her, she was especially loving as a wife, mother and "Mimi." Mrs. Howell was a former employee of Mr. C's and Roydon Wear.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Howell of McRae; son, Dywane Howell of McRae; and brothers, Carlos Smith of Glenwood and Joey Smith of McRae; grandchildren, Morgan Howell, Kellan Lawson, Paisley Howell and Sara Howell; and several nieces and nephews.
