Lucille (Vaughn) Clark

Lucille Vaughn Clark, 84, of McRae-Helena, died peacefully on Friday, March 19.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, March 20, at Telfair Memorial Gardens.

The daughter of the late Rufus R. and Rosa Mae McLeod Vaughn, Mrs. Vaughn attended McRae Church of God for many years.  She was employed with Telfair County Hospital and Alamo Shirt Factory, but the majority of her employment years were spent helping her husband run Clark's Store.  She was preceded in death by sisters, Esther James and Rozanne Maddox and brother, J.R. Vaughn.

Survivors include her husband, David Clark, and sons, Jolly Vaughn (Angela) Clark and Tony David (Seronda) Clark, all of McRae-Helena; brother and sisters, Grady Vaughn and Janie Williams, both of Macon and Evie Nicholson of Byron; grandchildren, Kara (Jason) Graham, Carla (Dillon) Gay, David Clark, Joseph Clark and Sarah Clark; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Graham and Taylor Graham.
