Clara Juanita Nobles Kilpatrick, 80, of Helena, passed peacefully in her home on Friday, July 17, after an extended illness. A graveside visitation will be held at 10:00A.M., Sunday, July 19, at Grimes Cemetery, followed by a graveside funeral service at 11:00A.M.
A lifetime resident of Wheeler County, Ms. Kilpatrick was the daughter of the late James E. and Clara Grimes Nobles, and was the wife of the late Wayne Otis Kilpatrick. She was retired from Roydon Wear, Inc, where she was a seamstress for most of her adult life, then later began sewing for Quality Cleaners as well. Ms. Kilpatrick was a member of Friendship Holiness Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Terry (Donna) Kilpatrick of Helena; brothers, Carl Nobles of Byron, Eugene Nobles of Cochran, Willie Nobles and Jimmy Nobles, both of Helena; grandson, Justin (Macy) Kilpatrick; and great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Kilpatrick.
