Bonnie Lynn Butler Fletcher, 78, of Rhine, passed peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, after a brief illness. A graveside visitation will be held at 10:30A.M., Thursday, December 24, at Bethel Church Cemetery, followed by the service at 11:00A.M.
A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Ms. Fletcher was the daughter of the late Wade Bland Butler, Jr. and the late Mitti Cornelia Bloodworth Butler. Retired from Robins Air Force Base, she was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Ms. Fletcher was preceded in death by her husband, Durell Fletcher; daughter, Janet Walker; grandsons, Welman Charles Walker and Rhett Walker; and brother, Larry Butler
Survivors include her daughters, Marilyn Vaughn and Marla Register; son-in-law, Clint Walker; granddaughters, Casey (Jamie) Lann and Taylor (Joe) Hobbs; and great-grandchildren, Paige Lann (Adrian Green), Asher Lann, Jessa Hobbs and Emmie Hobbs, all of Rhine. Beloved pet, Sister Gal also survives.

We understand that it is both Christmas and the middle of COVID, so we understand many won't be able to attend, but Christmas was HER season. She decorated elaborately for it and enjoyed celebrating Christmas. So this Christmas, we will be celebrating her.
