Wanda Lee (Silver) Carpenter

Wanda Lee Silver Carpenter, 73, of Eatonton, died Wednesday, August 5, following a brief illness.  A graveside service will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, August 6, at Rebecca Church Cemetery.

A native of Byron, Ms. Carpenter was the daughter of the late Lee O. and Margaret Elliott Silver and was married to the late Eugene Carpenter.  She was a retired Registered Nurse with Care South Home Health.

Survivors include her son, Billy (Tammy) Raley, Jr. of Dublin; grandchildren, Joshua Lee (Erin) Raley and Brooke Raley (Jason Pettis); and great-grandchildren, Audrey Rose Raley, Raley Kate Blackmon and K.J. Blackmon.
