Thomas Allen “Teat” Hulett, 73, of Rhine, died Thursday, January 24. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, January 26, in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at their residence, 255 Hopewell Church Rd., Rhine, GA.
A native of Milan, Mr. Hulett was the son of the late Hawkins and Irene McLeod Hulett. Self-employed in the pulpwood industry, he was also the owner of Rhine Video. Mr. Hulett was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Neil Hulett; brother, Oscar “Man” Hulett and sister, Lurene Hulett.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Betty Hilliard Hulett; sons, DeLacy (Judy) Hulett and Mickey (Kristi) Hulett; and daughters, Jennifer (Dewayne) White and Jill (Dykes) Hilliard, all of Rhine; brothers and sisters, Gerald Hulett, Bowling Green, KY, Ida Mae Register, Jacksonville, Lessie Pittman and A.J. :Tenny” Hulett, both of Rhine; sister-in-law, Mutt Sumner, Lumber City; grandchildren, Jeramie (Brittany) Hulett, Jerrery Hulett, Allison Hulett, Ty Hulett, Jordyn Hulett, Colt Hulett, Jessie (Michelle) White, Jed White, Megan Hilliard, Wil Hilliard, Adrienne Hilliard, Kellie Hilliard, Amanda Hilliard and Alex Hilliard; great-grandchildren, D.J. Hulett, Luke Hulett, Dalton Cravey, Jessa White, Daisy Hilliard, Ryder Tharpe and Bradyn Singletary; and special nurse, Kristy Jones.
