Pamela Kay (Griffin) Sosa

Pamela Kay Griffin Sosa, 61, of Helena, died Saturday, January 2, following a brief illness.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00P.M., Sunday, January 17, at Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae.

A native of Douglas, Mrs. Sosa was the daughter of the late Henry Thomas "Tom" Griffin.  She was a nurse and also worked with Knight Farms.

Survivors include her husband, Mauro Sosa of Helena; children, Earl Wayne Griffin of Douglas, Leslie (Will) Brauda of Brunswick, Earl Sosa of Helena and Jennifer Smith of Homerville; mother, Barbara Hart Griffin of Live Oak, FL; brothers, Daniel Thomas Griffin and Walter Griffin, both of Douglas and Jesse Griffin of South Carolina.  Nine grandchildren also survive.
