Mary Anne (Eason) Evans
Mary Anne Eason Evans, 72, of Milan, died Sunday, December 14. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, December 17, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church with burial in the Milan Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, 6:00-8:00P.M.
A native of Savannah, Mrs. Evans was the daughter of the late Hershel Bascom Eason and Vera Mae Cook Eason. A retired Media Specialist with Dodge County Schools, she enjoyed working with United Methodist Women, traveling to the mountains, gardening, cooking, reading and being with friends and family. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Eddie Evans, son, Tom Evans, and daughter, Emily Evans, all of Milan; brother-in-law, John Lee of Fayetteville; nephew, Stephen (Tami) Lee of Flowery Branch; and great-nephews, Caleb Lee and Elijah Lee.
