Mary Jeanette Joiner Pittman, 84, of McRae, died Saturday, July 18. Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M., Tuesday, July 21, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. L.S. Seabolt officiating. Burial will be in Telfair Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Monday, 6:00-9:00P.M.
A native of Alamo, Ms. Pittman was the daughter of the late Franklin M. and Allie Marie Fiveash Joiner and was the wife of the late Oris Thomas Pittman. A homemaker, she was a member of Highlands Baptist Church, Jacksonville, FL. Ms. Pittman was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Pittman, grandson, Rodney Pittman, brother, Edsel Joiner, and sisters, Willena Pittman, Juanita Coleman and Rose Mae Roberson.
Survivors include a son, Larry (Susie) Pittman, Lumber City; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Pittman, McRae; sister, Nina Ruth Porter, Douglas; and step-grandson, Daryl Brewer.
