Kimberly Michelle (Wilkes) Yawn

Kimberly Wilkes Yawn, 36, of Eastman, died Tuesday, June 18.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M., Sunday, June 23, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae with burial at Harrelson Family Cemetery, Helena.

A native of Vidalia, Mrs. Yawn was the daughter of the late Rev. Edward Donovan “Don” Wilkes, Sr., and the late Janice Dennis Wilkes.  A homemaker for most of her life, she had recently worked at General Dollar, was a CNA, and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include her loving husband, Ray Yawn of Eastman; brother, Donovan (Lacey) Wilkes of Mt. Vernon, maternal grandmother, Wauweeze Dennis of Helena; father-in-law, Raymond Yawn, Sr. of Elko; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
