John Turner "Johnny" Thomas

John Turner “Johnny” Thomas, 60, of McRae died Monday, February 13.  A memorial service will be held at 1:30 Wednesday, February 15, at McRae Presbyterian Church with visitation one hour prior to the service.

A native and lifelong resident of McRae, Johnny was the son of Esther Bailey Thomas and the late John Lee Thomas. He was a member of McRae First Baptist Church and sometimes attended McRae Presbyterian Church.  Johnny worked with Armtech Insurance Services.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Evans Thomas; mother, Esther Thomas; sons, Joshua Turner Thomas and Jordan T. Thomas, all of McRae; sister, Donna Thomas Howard, Scotland and grandson, Jase Turner Thomas, McRae.
