Jewell (Bowen) Cook

Jewell B. Cook, 90, of McRae died Saturday, April 21.  Funeral services will be held at 2:30P.M., Tuesday, April 24, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.  Visitation is one hour prior to the service.

A native of Rhine, Mrs. Cook was the daughter of the late Jack and Willie Mae Coley Bowen.  She was a nurse with Dodge County Hospital for many years and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by a son, Clarence Gary Cook.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Cook; and son, Andy (Shannon) Cook, both of McRae; and sister, Ann Simmons of Gainesville.
