Elvis Jay Harnage

Elvis Jay Harnage, 77, of McRae, died Sunday, February 11, following a lengthy illness.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

A native of Winter Haven, FL, Mr. Harnage was the son of the late Lucky Jay Harnage and the late Rietha Geneva Prine Harnage.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired machine mechanic.

Survivors include his companion, Margaret Dover of McRae; daughter, Hope Duke of Troy, AL; stepchildren, Michael Dover, Margaret Shattuck and Brian Dover; granddaughter, April Snyder; and several step-grandchildren.
