Eddie M. "Frosty" Boone, Sr.

Arrangements have been changed.  The service will now be graveside.

Eddie M. “Frosty” Boone, Sr., 93, of Rhine, died peacefully Sunday, July 24, following a recent illness.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, July 28, at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

A native and lifelong resident of Rhine, Mr. Boone was the son of the late Will and Estelle Coleman Boone. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.  A lifelong farmer, Mr. Boone was a bridge builder for 17 years and ran a grocery store for nearly 30 years.  He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church.

Survivors include his son, Eddie M. (Tiffany) Boone, Jr. of Leesburg; and grandchildren, Brayden Boone and Brylee Boone.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
