Donal P. Smith also known as St. Niq , age 72, of Conyers , died January 1, 2011. Funeral service for Donal will be held on Wednesday , January 5,2011, at Heritage Hills Baptist Church at 10:00 A.M., with Pastor Joe Hughes, Rev. Thomas Broadhead and Rev. Andy Fetch officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Milan, GA. at 4:00 P.M..
Mr. Donal touched many lives for the past 17 years playing St. Niq. He is survived by: wife, Mary Margaret Smith, son; Donal P. Smith Jr., daughter Jeanice Farley, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He retired from Warren Brothers in Boston and Simons Eastern Engineering after 25 years of service. Donal is a member of Heritage Hills Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 4, from 6-8 P.M. at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, Rockdale Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to: Heritage Hills Baptist Church, Mt. Zion Methodist Church or Gilmanton Community Church in Gilmanton N.H. in Donal Smith honor.
