Clara Mae (Brown) Ryals
Clara Mae Brown Ryals, 80, of McRae, died Wednesday, January 18. Funeral services will be at 1:00P.M., Saturday, January 21, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in the Sand Grove Cemetery, Milan. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Mrs. Ryals was the daughter of the late Jessie James and Mamie Florence Melvin Brown. A homemaker and retired CNA with McRae Manor Nursing Home and Dodge County Hospital, she was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Mrs. Ryals was preceded in death by a son, Sam Yawn.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Ryals, McRae; daughter, Selena (Ricky) McKinney, Eastman; daughter-in-law, Betty Yawn, Milan; sisters, Mary Ann Culpepper, Macon and Melvie Brown, McRae; grandchildren, Samantha (Jamie) Berry, Jess (Brooke) Yawn and Bryan McKinney; and great-grandchildren, Cade Berry, Cooper Berry, Nathan McKinney, Jada McKinney and Carter McKinney.
