Cecil Frank Bohannon

Cecil Frank Bohannon, 75, of McRae, died Friday, May 2.  Funeral services will be held at 4:00P.M., Tuesday, May 6, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Sand Grove Church Cemetery, Milan.

A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Mr. Bohannon was the son of the late Jack and Bessie Williams Bohannon and was married to the late Ruth Garrison Bohannon.  A heavy equipment operator with the Telfair County Road Department, Mr. Bohannon considered his co-workers as family members.  He was preceded in death by brothers, Harry Hulett, Tinecy Bohannon and Jim Bob Bohannon.

Survivors include sons, G.W. (Angie) Thomas, Alamo, Donald ‘Mo’ Thomas, Soperton and Travis Thomas, Alamo; daughter, Lisa Thomas, Alamo; grandchildren, Corinna Thomas, Kyle Thomas, Tiffanie Graham and Dakota Thomas; and great-grandchild, Brylan Thomas.
