Angela Stevens Taylor, 57, of Helena, died Tuesday, July 21. Funeral services will be held at 6:00P.M., Friday, July 24, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae, with burial in the Harrelson Family Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, 6:00-8:00P.M.
A resident of Helena for most of her life, Ms. Taylor was the daughter of the late Jesse Edward Stevens, Sr. and the late Geneva Roberson Stevens. She was a master cosmetologist. Ms. Taylor was preceded in death by her adoptive father, Ernie Harrelson.
Survivors include her children, Valerie Harrelson, Brooke Lloyd and DeeAnna Coleman, all of Helena; adoptive mother, Bobbie Harrelson, Helena; brother and sisters, Eddie (Kim) Stevens, Glenwood, Janet (Steve) Nelson, Riverdale and Melinda Swift, Carnesville; and grandchildren, McKenzi Coleman, McKalli McDaniel, McKylei McDaniel and Jaxson Lloyd. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family greatly appreciates contributions toward the funeral expenses.
