Marilyn Janene (Durden) Lann

Marilyn Janene Durden Lann, 59, of Milan, died Monday, December 26, 2022.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00p.m., Friday, December 30, at St. Paul Holiness Church, Jacksonville.

A native and lifelong resident of Milan, Ms. Lann was the daughter of the late William Edward Durden and the late Betty Sue Horton Durden.  She was a retired correctional officer with the Milan State Prison and was a member of Zion Hope Baptist Church.  Ms. Lann was a 1981 graduate of Telfair County High School.

Survivors include her daughter, Chelsey Lea Lann of Milan; brothers and sister, Randy (Elaine) Durden of Eastman, Mike (Lynn) Durden and Vicky Durden, both of Milan; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates contributions made to Vaughn Funeral Home towards the funeral expense.
