Taylor Millwood

Mr. Taylor Millwood, of Milan, died Sunday, January 06, following a brief illness.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00A.M., Wednesday, January 9, at Rockwell Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Visitation is Tuesday, 6:00-8:00P.M., at Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae.

A native of Carbon Hill, Alabama, Mr. Millwood was the son of the late George Manley Millwood and the late Stella Taylor Millwood.  He was a faithful member and usher at Rockwell Baptist Church, and was a retired carpenter and plumber.  Mr. Millwood was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his loving fiancé and faithful caregiver, Mary Shepherd of Milan; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.

The family welcomes flowers or contributions to the Rockwell Cemetery Fund, 2655 Temperance Rd., Milan, GA 31060, or to the charity of choice.  They also ask that friends respect their privacy at this time with no home visitation.
