My sincere sympathy to all of Mrs. Bowen's family. I remember how kind Polly was to my grandparents (John and Margaret Seay) when they lived near her on the Milan Workmore Road. They did not have a car and she would often take them to Milan for things they needed. I can see her now with her three little girls in the car driving past their house when we would be visiting them. Small town life and the blessing of good neighbors like her will always be remembered.
