Ruby Giddens Gunn, 93, of McRae died Tuesday, November 21.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, November 24, at Macedonia Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Visitation is one hour prior to the service.

A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Ms. Gunn was the daughter of the late Walter Giddens, Sr. and the late Annie Vaughn Giddens and was the wife of the late Walter L. “Burch” Gunn.  She worked as a seamstress at Roydon Wear for 35 years and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Ann (Deen) Jones, Bobby (Kathy) Gunn and Charles Gunn, all of McRae and Frank (Rose) Gunn of Williamsburg, VA; brother and sisters, George Thomas Giddens of McRae, Mary Gunn of Dublin, Willie Sanders of Albany and Katie Tate of Macon; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
