Ruby (Knowles) Fussell

Ruby Knowles Fussell, 83, of Rhine, died Friday, April 20.  Visitation will be at 1:30P.M., Sunday, April 22, at Sharon Baptist Church with the funeral service at 3:00P.M.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. 

A native and lifelong resident of Telfair County, Ms. Fussell was the daughter of the late Dave and Aldine Spires Knowles and the wife of the late John Kingsberry Fussell, Jr.  She was a homemaker and attended Sharon Baptist Church.  Ms. Fussell was preceded in death by a brother and sisters, Floyd Knowles, Sr., Alberta Thomas Warren and Lucille Gordon.

Survivors include sons, John Kingsberry Fussell, III and David (Elma) Fussell, Sr., both of Rhine; daughter, Mary Ann Fussell Johnston of Lizella; brother, Charles Mallette Knowles of Milan; and grandchildren, Jessica Fussell, David Thomas Fussell, Jr., Brady Blalock, Andrew Johnston and Brooke Johnston.
